1. Production system requirements
The network support of CNC system becomes the necessary condition of production system integration. 2. Five axis control demand
Five axis machine tools need to know whether five axis linkage or only five surface machining is required. The corresponding function of CNC system is different. For example, for five sided box type processing, RTCP is usually not required, so there is a large choice. At the same time, the five axis function may involve the NC system supplier in export license, after-sales service, etc., which must also be seriously considered.
3. Driving power
Different CNC numerical control suppliers have different servo power range and matching motor range in their solutions. First of all, the matching motor type and power range should be selected preliminarily. In particular, it should be noted whether the CNC CNC machine tool program includes torque motor, linear motor, electric spindle, synchronous or asynchronous electric spindle, the rated current demand and overload current demand of the above motors, Zui high speed demand of the electric spindle, etc
4. Full closed-loop demand and dual drive demand
Most CNC machine tools, especially large and Heavy CNC machine tools, have full closed-loop and double drive requirements. In the full closed-loop control scheme, the distance coding grating, absolute value grating and ordinary incremental grating should be selected. At the same time, the CNC system should also support the corresponding feedback signal access.
